A group of Al Qaeda wanna-bes who ran a military-style boot camp in a Miami warehouse were arrested yesterday on charges they plotted to bomb the Sears Tower in Chicago, the Miami FBI office and buildings in south Florida, authorities said.

Well, I'm sure the authorities didn't say exactly that, but that's what you get when you read the New York Daily News.

Very disturbing news, of course — bone-chilling, in fact — but one of the more disturbing aspects of this is that there was a "military-style boot camp in a Miami warehouse."  Let me ask you, if you were going to set up your own military-style boot camp, would you pick Miami as your headquarters?  Too many distractions in that town, too many temptations to break down discipline.  That's probably why most white supremacists set up their military-style boot camps in places like Idaho.
